Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable item(s):

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable product(s)
  • Some health and personal care item(s)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Item(s) with obvious signs of use*
  • Item(s) that have been opened*
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error*
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

*In these cases we reserve the right to give refunds based on the condition of the returned item — we can deduct up to 50% from the refund for the lost value of the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account as sometimes you may have transactions after this has gone into your account and it can cause you to miss it.

If you paid by credit card, contact your card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially clear to your account.

Next contact your bank. There is often a set processing time before refunds are cleared into your account.

Sale items

If item(s) were part of a deal whereby you had to buy another item to receive it at a discounted price, you will not receive a refund for the full price of the item, only the discounted price.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges as every product is unique therefore we rarely have multiples of each item(s). If your item is damaged please contact us in the first instance and return your item(s) to us for a full refund. Send us an email at [email protected] and send your item(s) to:

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the correct postage is not fully paid when returning your item, the amount not paid will be deducted from your refund.

Please always get a proof of postage, as if your item is damaged in transit you will need this to claim a full refund from the carrier.

If you are returning more expensive item(s), you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

If returned item(s) arrive at our returns address damaged or they are lost in transit i.e. we don’t receive your returned item(s), we will be unable to refund you.  We will email you photos of the damaged item(s).  It will then be your responsibility to submit a claim for compensation from the carrier.  If you used Royal Mail, they have an online facility for you to upload your proof of postage and any photos of the damaged in transit item(s).  They usually pay out quicker for damaged item(s), as lost item(s) they require you to allow 20 working days to have past since your item was posted to class an item as lost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
